Earthquake Relief Project – Tashqurghan, Samangan Province
About the Organization:
“Children Need Us” is a registered charity organization in
Afghanistan, officially recognized by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry
of Public Health. Established in 2001 by Mr. Markus Dewender, the organization
supports orphaned, underprivileged, and vulnerable children through programs in
education, healthcare, and emergency relief.
Project Overview:
Following the earthquake in Tashqurghan, the organization launched
an emergency relief operation to assist affected families. The project provided
immediate humanitarian aid, ensuring children and their families had access to
basic necessities in the aftermath of the disaster.

Collaboration:
Relief supplies and support were organized with the assistance of Mr.
Ajmal Farman, who coordinated fundraising and local aid distribution.
